I’m committed to staying true to the story and to the size of the production sandbox we are playing in. I’m all about finding that balance between creativity and efficiency. I’m fully invested in the art, but don’t get lost in it. I stay organized, lead with intention, and keep the whole production moving. Whether it’s a big crew on a soundstage or a team of three deep in the jungle somewhere, I know how to scale and keep things efficient ( and fun! ) without ever sacrificing quality or the heart of the story.
